Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering:
- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand end-users\' needs and expectations.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development teams.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Utilize tools and techniques to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Collaborate with data scientists and database administrators to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system specifications.
- Develop user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams to facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Quality Assurance:
- Participate in testing activities to validate that the developed solutions meet business requirements.
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in the system\'s functionality.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Foster effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in technology.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization of existing systems.
- Bachelor\'s degree / Master’s in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
