Junior Business Process Automation Developer (Remote)

Full time, India, Costa Rica

We are seeking a bright and highly motivated Junior Business Process Automation Developer to join our team in supporting the maintenance and development of our automation projects. You will collaborate with our team to assist in creating efficient ways to automate business processes. Our team's purpose is to empower our internal stakeholders by automating manual processes, allowing them to focus on meaningful work.

Essential

• Basic understanding of RPA development principles
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies
• Basic problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to assist with multiple tasks and detail-oriented work
• Openness to feedback and collaboration in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Products and SharePoint
• A passion for learning and improving efficiencies
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools

As a Junior Business Process Automation Developer, you will

• Develop and Maintain Automated Workflows: Assist in the design, creation, and upkeep of automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Collaborate and Troubleshoot: Work closely with team members to troubleshoot automation issues and suggest improvements for enhanced performance
• Monitor and Support Existing Automation: Regularly monitor the performance of existing automation solutions, addressing issues as they arise and implementing updates as necessary
• Document and Identify Process Improvements: Aid in documenting current business processes and identify opportunities where automation can enhance efficiency
• Ensure Security and Compliance: Assist in adhering to best practices regarding application security, performance, and compliance with company policies
• Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior team members on project tasks and contribute to cross-department automation initiatives to achieve organizational goals

About you

• Job-related qualification in Information Technology or a related field
• Knowledge of RPA development concepts and tools
• Experience using Microsoft Power Automate
• Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience or interest in evaluating Business Processes
