Role Summary
The Business Analyst – GTM & Market Strategy at Superleap works at the intersection of research, strategy, and execution to help the company identify where to win and how to grow. You will deeply study industries, break large markets into clear segments, and build structured GTM pipelines that enable sales and marketing teams to move with precision.
You will work closely with founders, sales, and marketing teams to turn insights into action — shaping industry focus, refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and supporting go-to-market experiments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and hands-on execution in a fast-growing SaaS startup.
The problem we're solving
Most growth strategies fail not because of lack of effort, but because of unclear market focus and shallow research. Companies often target industries too broadly, miss high-intent segments, and struggle to build repeatable GTM engines.
Superleap is building an AI-first CRM for modern revenue teams, and scaling it requires sharp market understanding and structured GTM planning. This role exists to bring clarity to “where to play” and “how to win” — turning scattered data into focused industry strategies and actionable pipelines.
Ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in research, consulting, SaaS, marketing, or analyst roles
- Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and research tools
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity
- Interest in SaaS, GTM strategy, and startup environments
