Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights for business growth and decision-making
- Conduct regular research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies
- Extract leads from all community platforms, maintain accurate records, track their journey, and identify gaps or loopholes in the lead conversion process for continuous improvement
- Track key business metrics, prepare dashboards, and report performance trends to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives or tools
- Assist leadership with business forecasting, modeling, and scenario planning using accurate data inputs
