Role: Junior Business Analyst

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between client needs and technical solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience working with stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze current business processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Prepare artifacts such as process diagrams, use cases, and requirement documents under supervision.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate deliverables.
• Support project teams in preparing reports, presentations, and client updates.
• Monitor assigned tasks and escalate risks or issues to project leads.
• Shadow senior analysts during client workshops to build domain expertise.
  
  

• Fresher to 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role (internships included).
• Basic understanding of business processes, workflows, and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Awareness of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  
  

• Exposure to tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or process documentation tools.
• Interest or knowledge in CRM, ERP, or other business systems.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., entry-level business analysis training) are an added advantage.
