As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and tasks.
- Creating and managing tickets using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Supporting product and development teams in prioritizing tasks and maintaining product backlogs.
- Documenting processes, workflows, and meeting notes clearly and concisely.
- Assisting with sprint planning and review meetings.
- Ensuring continuous communication across teams to maintain alignment.
- A recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field).
- 0–6 months of work experience or internship in a similar role.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable using Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence (training can be provided).
- A problem-solver mindset with attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Have basic knowledge of software development processes (Agile/Scrum).
- Have worked with cross-functional teams before.
- Are naturally curious and love understanding how things work.
- Work directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
- Learn fast, take ownership, and make an impact from day one.
