Role Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, procurement, and finance, to gather and document business requirements. Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications for IT teams and other relevant stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand their strategic objectives and align supply chain initiatives accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain improvements into the overall business strategy.
• Analytics Solutioning: Understand the Analytics needs to business in Demand and Fulfilment area, Finance. Knowledge of Analytics platform to do data analysis using data from SAP HANA. Utilize your domain knowledge to understand end-to-end SAP Solutions & processes across Manufacturing, Order Management, Finance, and suggest improvements
• Data Analytics: Leverage your expertise in data analytics to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to supply chain operations. Develop insightful reports and presentations to communicate key findings and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  
  

Role Purpose

• Facilitate Analytics Solution Scope and Requirements
• Liason b/w Business and Tech teams to translate Business Needs in form of BRD
• Support Change Management
• Deliver BRD, FRS, Tech Mappings related artifacts for Technical team to start project execution
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
• 6 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst preferably within the supply chain domain.
• Exposure to SAP Analytics products SAP BW & HANA S4
• Good understanding of SAP ERP process across SD, MM, P2P.
• Experience defining solutions to support data visualization tools such as Tableau,and PowerBI
• Understanding of Data modeling
• Exposure and understanding Applications of Big Data and NoSQL technologies like Hadoop, HBase, Spark, Impala, Cassandra, Storm, Flume, Pig, or Hive across Analytics solutioning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
