Business Analyst lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and recommending data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and identify business trends.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business teams and IT/development teams to ensure alignment.
• Documentation: Create clear and concise business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows.
• Solution Implementation: Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of solutions to business problems.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices.
• Project Management: Support project planning, execution, and tracking progress to meet deadlines and business goals.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in processes and systems and propose mitigation strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and business process modeling (BPM).
• Certification like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in finance, healthcare, retail, IT, or e-commerce industries.
• Understanding of ERP, CRM, or BPM software.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or Java (not mandatory but a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
