Designation: Business Analyst (Level III) - Lead-to-Cash (LTC) or Quote-to-Cash (QTC)
Work Location: India (Hyderabad, Telangana) – Hybrid Work from Office
Shift Timings:
A) 2 resources: 7:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (9 AM EST to 5 PM EST)
B) 2 resources: 8:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST (10 AM EST to 6 PM EST)
Qualification: Bachelor's/master’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Business Analysis, preferably in Lead-to-Cash (LTC) or Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes. Candidates with experience in Salesforce Quote to Cash / Revenue Operations will be preferred.
Salary: Upto INR 14 LPA (Maximum)
Role Description: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (Level III) to drive Lead-to-Cash transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes. This role involves collaborating with Functional Leads, Senior Analysts, and US counterparts to gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, and align stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing project escalations, tracking deliverables, and optimizing quoting, renewals, and contract management. The candidate will work with Technical Architects and Product Managers to implement scalable solutions, support UAT, and maintain business process documentation. EST/PST coverage is required for real-time collaboration.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead business requirement gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with SMEs and stakeholders
2. Document business requirements, secure approvals, and track requirement delivery
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Architects and Product Managers, to design and implement scalable QTC solutions
4. Optimize quoting, renewals, and contract management processes for operational efficiency
5. Manage project escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
6. Track cross-functional dependencies and provide regular status updates
7. Act as an SME for QTC systems and processes, maintaining a repository of business rules and workflows
8. Work closely with training specialists to develop change management materials
9. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ad hoc reporting activities
10. Ensure real-time collaboration with US teams during EST/PST hours
Required Skills:
1. Strong experience in CRM and ERP systems used in Lead-to-Cash/Quote-to-Cash (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ tools, NetSuite, SAP)
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Expertise in business requirement gathering, documentation, and securing approvals
4. Ability to facilitate workshops, lead cross-functional meetings, and align SMEs
5. Strong project management skills, including escalation handling and tracking requirement delivery
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
7. Self-starter with the ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision
Desired Skills:
1. Experience in change management and training coordination
2. Proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
3. Certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or other relevant BA certifications
