Overview
About the job:
Key Responsibilities:A. Marketplace operations:
1. Manage complete day-to-day operations for Flipkart and Myntra.
2. Ensure accurate cataloging, inventory replications across all zones, and pricing hygiene.
3. Coordinate with internal teams for stock planning, dispatch readiness, and issue resolution.
4. Monitor returns, cancellations, and customer feedback to improve performance.
B. Listings & content optimization:
1. Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, and SEO keywords).
2. Work on A+ content, image updates, and brand store improvements.
3. Ensure all listings follow marketplace guidelines and are error-free.
4. Regularly audit listings for content quality and ranking performance.
C. Advertising & promotions:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Flipkart and Myntra.
2. Manage budgets, ROAS targets, and performance tracking.
3. Coordinate with platform account managers for:
a. Deals and promotions
b. Visibility slots
c. Sale events
d. Brand days and campaigns
D. Performance monitoring & growth:
1. Track key KPIs:
a. Traffic
b. Conversion rate
c. Buy Box
d. Sales and profitability
e. Ad performance
E. Track latest reviews, ratings, and feedback across channels.
F. Identify growth opportunities across:
1. Pricing
2. Assortment expansion
3. Bundles and offers
4. Content improvements
F. Competitor & market analysis:
1. Conduct regular competitor analysis
2. Benchmark performance against category leaders.
3. Suggest actionable improvements.
G. Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotions and visibility.
