- Conduct gap analysis to determine areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and systems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
- Ensure that solutions align with business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to validate the functionality of solutions.
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with business processes and systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Business Analysis and Business A&P.
- Possess a strong background in Business Analysis with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Have expertise in Business A&P and its application in various business scenarios.
- Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Show proficiency in conducting gap analysis and developing functional specifications.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Proficiency in user acceptance testing and validation of solutions.
