Job Description
Business Analyst – Payments Domain
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled QA & Business Analyst with experience in the payments domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and business analysis techniques, ensuring our products, applications, and systems meet the highest standards. If you have experience in executing test cases, analyzing system requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze system specifications, business requirements, and payment workflows.
- Collaborate with QA Engineers and developers to develop effective test strategies and test plans.
- Evaluate product code and system functionality according to specifications.
- Document testing phases, defects, and issues for continuous improvement.
- Report bugs and work closely with the development team for resolution.
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing to ensure stability and compliance.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable insights.
- Identify gaps in payment processes and suggest improvements based on industry best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance across the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
Requirements:
8+ years of Experience in the payments domain (mandatory).
- QA experience with knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques.
- Business analysis skills, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong knowledge of payment workflows, transactions, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail with an analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
