Job Description:

As a Business Analyst (Payments), you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing payment processing systems across global markets.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Payments) with a strong background in cross-border payments, SEPA, and global banking. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payment processing systems, ISO20022, Swift MT/MX messages, and RTGS systems. The Business Analyst (Payments) will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement payment processing systems that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements and design solutions for payment processing systems across global markets.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement payment processing systems.

3. Develop and maintain knowledge of cross-border payments, SEPA, ISO20022, Swift MT/MX messages, and RTGS systems.

4. Conduct gap analysis and assess the impact of new payment initiatives on existing systems and processes.

5. Develop business cases and proposals for new payment initiatives and projects.

6. Work closely with IT teams to design and implement payment processing systems.

7. Develop and maintain documentation of payment processing systems and procedures.

8. Provide training and support to stakeholders on payment processing systems and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in payments.

2. Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, SEPA, ISO20022, Swift MT/MX messages, and RTGS systems.

3. Experience with payment processing systems and technologies.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

7. Strong business acumen and understanding of payment industry trends.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

2. Knowledge of cloud-based payment processing systems.

3. Certification in business analysis or a related field.
