Overview
About the job:
This role combines market research, business analysis, and pre-sales activities. You will be responsible for:1. Researching potential clients and analyzing their digital presence.
2. Identifying business gaps and proposing CRM/SaaS solutions.
3. Preparing proposals, presentations, and requirement documents.
4. Supporting the sales team with data-driven insights and client outreach.
The role is suited for someone who enjoys research, problem-solving, and client communication, and who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Research & analysis:
1. Identify and qualify potential client companies in real estate, IT, and enterprise domains.
2. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support business strategy.
3. Study client websites, processes, and digital presence to highlight improvement areas.
B. Pre-sales & proposal support:
1. Collaborate with BDMs and sales head to design proposals, RFP responses, and solution decks.
2. Create client-specific presentations, demos, and case studies.
3. Draft requirement documents and initial solution outlines for technical teams.
C. Client outreach & engagement:
1. Assist in LinkedIn/email outreach to potential clients with personalized insights.
2. Support in scheduling demos, requirement calls, and pre-sales discussions.
3. Maintain CRM records of opportunities, proposals, and progress.
D. Cross-functional collaboration:
1. Work with marketing to align business research with campaigns.
2. Provide inputs for lead generation strategies and partnership opportunities.
3. Share feedback from prospects with product and technical teams.

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word), Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
6. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead-gen platforms, or business databases.
