Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into BRDs (Business Requirement Documents).
- Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other related documentation.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Ensure that deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to clarify requirements.
- Strong knowledge of BRD creation and business process documentation.
- Experience with flow diagrams and use case development.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Hands-on experience in project coordination and client communication.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs, etc.).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
