Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and creating process flows, user stories, and requirement documents.
2. Conduct competitor research, prepare comparative reports, and analyze user feedback to identify areas of product improvement.
3. Write and execute test cases, including automation testing using Selenium.
4. Log bugs/issues clearly and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
