Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess RCM processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including billing, coding, IT, and finance teams, to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of RCM software and tools.
• Collect and analyze data related to the revenue cycle (claims, billing, coding, payments) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate actionable reports and dashboards to communicate findings to leadership and support decision-making.
• Develop and document business requirements, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of system implementations and enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to business users on RCM-related processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, etc.) and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare-related fields.
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and the overall RCM process.
• Experience with RCM software and systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.) preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, ICD-10, CPT).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
