Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Experience: 4+ years

Key Responsibility: -
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze,
and document Salesforce-related business requirements.
- Configure and manage Salesforce platform including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, page
layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
- Work with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to design scalable, efficient Salesforce
solutions.
- Lead or support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with QA teams for validation and
defect resolution.
- Ensure Salesforce system compliance with internal policies and data security standards.
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce support and troubleshoot user issues and system bugs.

Job Responsibility: -
- Excellent Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities is a must. CPQ
knowledge is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration (Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred).
- Interface with all areas of the business from planning & ops/sales leadership.
- Own Ad hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation building.
- Salesforce Application support experience; ability to handle bug fixes/clean data.
- End to End project experience working and communicating with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirement :-
- 4+ years of Experience in Salesforce Domain.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Strong Coordination Skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,545.35 - ₹62,294.94 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
