Business Analyst with SQL Experience
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for software projects.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop and maintain user stories, use cases, and other requirements artifacts.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Test and validate software functionality to ensure it meets user needs.
- Manage project risks and issues, and track progress against milestones.
- Prepare and deliver project presentations and reports to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Visio, MS Office Suite, Jira).
- Experience with SQL and data analysis is a plus.
