We are currently seeking a Business Consulting- UAT Test Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Business Consulting- UAT Test Engineer

Role Summary:

The Intermediate Tester will independently execute and support testing activities for BFSI applications, primarily focusing on Payments and Reconciliation processes. Candidates with Fraud and Claims experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and prepare test cases and scenarios for BFSI systems

Execute manual and automated tests for Payments, Reconciliation, and transaction flows

Validate financial data accuracy, settlement logic, and exception scenarios

Identify, log, and track defects with clear business impact

Support automation efforts and regression testing cycles

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and senior testers

Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint-based delivery

Ensure adherence to BFSI quality and compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience

3–7 years of experience in BFSI application testing

Hands-on experience in Payments and Reconciliation

Understanding of end-to-end transaction processing and financial controls

Exposure to Fraud and Claims testing is preferred

Experience with test and defect management tools

Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have

ISTQB Foundation certification

Basic knowledge of SQL, API testing, and batch jobs

Experience with CI/CD pipelines
