Business Intelligence Analyst

• Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs.
• Data Integration & Transformation: Connect to multiple data sources, including SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and transform data using Power Query.
• Data Modeling & DAX: Create and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query (M Language) to ensure performance and accuracy.
• Pivot Tables & Data Analysis: Leverage Pivot Tables and advanced analytical functions to summarize and visualize data effectively.
• Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable Power BI solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure efficient query execution and improve Power BI report responsiveness.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain clear documentation of reports, data sources, and development workflows.

What your background should look like:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, including DAX and Power Query.
• Full time bachelor’s degree in BE / BTech (Mechanical / Industrial Production Background is a Plus)
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL for data extraction, transformation, and querying.
• Expertise in Pivot Tables for data summarization and analysis.
• Basic Knowledge on AWS platform, Amazon Redshift Servers, Data Warehouse, Database etc.
• Proficient in Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, etc.
