You thrive in cross-functional environments, love digging into data, and have a strong command of BI tools like Tableau and Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA). You enjoy mentoring others, building scalable solutions, and continuously improving data practices.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain scalable, interactive dashboards using Tableau and Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) to support data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into impactful BI solutions.
• Design and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines, ensuring data consistency, quality, and timeliness.
• Build unified data views and performance metrics across multiple systems and platforms.
• Contribute to forecasting and predictive analytics initiatives such as pipeline health and sales performance modeling.
• Share BI best practices and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Minimum requirements for the role:

• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Tableau and Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) dashboard development and data storytelling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business teams to solve analytical problems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
  
  

An ideal candidate also has:

• Advanced Tableau experience, including Tableau Prep and Tableau Server.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM data structures, reporting, and integration with BI tools.
• Experience with ETL tools and building robust data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, or automation.
• Domain experience in SaaS or technology sectors, especially within sales or marketing analytics.
