About the Job

NeoStats Analytics is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a BI Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling strategic decision-making across the organization. You will leverage your expertise in SAS, Python, and MicroStrategy to design and implement robust BI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy to visualize complex data effectively.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SAS and Python.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing to gather and understand business requirements.
• Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and processes.
• Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and create meaningful visualizations to monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries for relational databases to support data analysis and reporting.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on BI tools and dashboards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing BI solutions to align with evolving business needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging BI technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Proficiency in SAS for data manipulation and reporting.
• Strong experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting.
• Hands-on expertise with MicroStrategy for dashboard and report development.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
• Exposure to other BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
