Business Intelligence Analyst

What You'll Do

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will help achieve the growth of our Global Business Develop Group through strategic analysis, market research, and commercial insights. You will collaborate with teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support in making important decisions. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our performance in the market. You will report to Manager, Partner Solutions.

Responsibilities

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, partner opportunities, and potential risks to strategic partnership deals.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to gather data, combine information, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
• Help develop business cases for new projects, products, or market expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver clear presentations to communicate findings, and performance updates to partners.
• Support strategic decision-making processes by conducting financial scenario analysis and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Use advanced Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and other financial tools to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful information.
• Report on important financial and operational performance metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and potential challenges.
• Help manager reseller account renewals that are owned by BD CAM, usage trends, performance against plan
• Customer insights across resell portfolio/ subscriptions/products and usage
  
  

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience as a business analyst, financial analyst, or in a similar strategic planning role.
• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools.
