Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to ATM transactions and performance.
• Identify outliers, trends, and areas of improvement through data-driven insights.
• Conduct root cause analysis for transaction failures and performance drops.
• Monitor ATM uptime and identify key factors affecting availability and transaction volumes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and service enhancements.
• Prepare impact analysis reports and performance dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Support weekend and public holiday operations if required.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum graduate from any stream.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (advance excel); formulas & functions. Optional: if knows basic of data visualization tools, SQL, Python.
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays as per business needs.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in ATM operations, banking services, or data analysis roles.
• Understanding of ATM transaction lifecycle and service delivery metrics.
