The role involves designing high-quality reasoning datasets to train and enhance Large Language Models (LLMs). Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop structured reasoning tasks and programming challenges to train LLMs.
• Create datasets that help LLMs solve complex, multi-step problems with clear explanations.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to ensure alignment with model training goals.
• Refine and improve task designs based on feedback and model performance.
• Maintain clarity and consistency in task descriptions to meet high-quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in C/C++ development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into structured steps.
• Proficiency in competitive programming and structured reasoning tasks.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal) for clear task explanations.
• Creativity and attention to detail in designing programming challenges.
• A profile on LeetCode, HackerRank, or GitHub showcasing advanced problem-solving skills is a plus.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹114,000.00 per year
