Requisition Description
- University degree in a quantitative field
- >2 years of experience in quantitative model development/quantitative trading/algo-trading
- Strong programming skills, python/C++ preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Build new, and augment existing, trading algorithms to provide best execution to clients
- Integrate understanding of market structure, mathematical techniques and trading to identify areas where existing models can be improved
- Research, prototype and back-test new ideas, and work with production team on high-quality implementation of successful ideas in production
- Hands on development experience in C++ STL.
- Candidate should have experience in the development of low latency trading platform.
- Should know Network programming – TCP, UDP, sockets and multicast.
- Should have a good understanding of market data and exchange protocols.
- Working knowledge of Python and shell scripting will be a plus.
- Should have lead a development team of at least 5-7 members.
