About the job:
Key responsibilities: 
 
 1. Strong understanding of Camera fundamentals, 3A Algorithms, ISP modules, Optics, Color Science.
 2. 3A + ISP image quality tuning to achieve desired Image Quality.
 3. Image Quality metric development for mobile/XR/AR devices.
 4. Evaluating ISP hardware and software modules, finding best optimized settings for given sensor.
 5. Deeper investigation into existing modules and come up interfaces that could simplify the tuning
 6. Identify and improve existing algorithms for better user experience
 7. Debugging and troubleshooting existing software and Image Quality issues.
 8. Partnering with global development team and external customers.

Other Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience in multimedia or embedded technologies
- Hands-on experience in Image or video quality metrics development
- Hands-on experience in algorithm optimization
- Hands-on experience in image processing algorithms
- Solid knowledge of digital/image processing and camera systems
- Background in color science and image signal processor (ISP) pipelines (preferred)
- Knowledge or experience in computer vision algorithms
- Experience in image quality metrics development or camera sensor tuning (added plus)
- Exposure to real-time or embedded systems (preferred)
- Programming skills in C/C++, MATLAB, and Python
- Strong expertise in camera image quality tuning
- Experience with Linux camera sensor driver bring-up
- Familiarity with 3A algorithms and ISP hardware tuning
- Experience with objective image quality evaluation tools (e.g., IMATEST, IQ Analyzer)
- Hands-on work in imaging labs with test charts and lighting setups
- Working experience with image, camera, and signal processing algorithms
- Experience with Android/Linux camera and embedded systems
