Location: Navi Mumbai Airport

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced L3 Network Engineer to design, implement, and support large-scale network infrastructures, focusing on Cisco ACI, OSPF, BGP, VRF, Nexus switches, VPC, and Data Center networking. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in routing, switching, and fabric technologies, along with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. This role involves working on complex network architectures, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance for mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support for enterprise and data center networks, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Architect, implement, and optimize Cisco ACI fabric, including multi-pod/multi-site configurations.
• Design and manage large-scale OSPF and BGP routing architectures, ensuring optimal path selection and redundancy.
• Configure and maintain VRF (Virtual Routing and Forwarding) instances for secure network segmentation.
• Lead deployment and management of Cisco Nexus switches (5K, 7K, 9K) and VPC configurations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot network performance, latency, and security issues at an advanced level.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and SOPs.
• Work closely with L2 engineers to escalate, guide, and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network security, automation, and SDN solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers.
• Evaluate new networking technologies and recommend improvements for scalability and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in networking, with a focus on large-scale data center and enterprise environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of Cisco ACI, OSPF, BGP, VRF, Nexus switches (5K, 7K, 9K), and VPC.
• Strong experience in network design, capacity planning, and high-availability architectures.
• Hands-on experience with network automation tools like Ansible, Python, Terraform.
• Deep understanding of Layer 2/3 networking, multicast, QoS, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting packet flows, connectivity, and performance issues using Wireshark, NetFlow, or similar tools.
• Excellent documentation skills, including network diagrams, change management, and SOPs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
