Role: Cloud AI/ML Engineer – Agentic RAG & NLP Applications

We are looking for a forward-thinking Cloud AI/ML Engineer with proven experience in building production-ready Agentic RAG, LLM orchestration, and NLP applications. This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond basic chatbot development and has hands-on expertise in cloud-native GenAI solutions using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and Python-based LLM frameworks.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to:

• Design and deploy scalable RAG-based GenAI applications
• Integrate LLM agents and retrieval pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools
• Build secure and automated CI/CD and MLOps pipelines
• Optimize performance, observability, and cost across cloud environments
• Ensure compliance, monitoring, and best practices for production AI systems

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on NLP experience
• Strong experience with Agentic RAG, LLM agents, or LLM orchestration
• Proficiency in Python, with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers
• Deep understanding of AWS services: SageMaker, Bedrock, IAM, EC2
• Experience in deploying GenAI models with CI/CD, Docker, and MLOps practices

⭐ Good-to-Have Skills

• AWS Certifications (e.g., ML – Specialty, DevOps Engineer)
• Familiarity with responsible AI and model governance
• Experience with Kubernetes, CloudWatch, and other observability tools
• Exposure to cost optimization strategies in GenAI workloads
• Contributions to open-source GenAI/LLM tools or frameworks
