Cloud & DevOps Engineer - GCP

Overview

About the Role:

We are looking for a Cloud & DevOps Engineer (GCP) with 2+ years of experience to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure efficient CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Cloud Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage GCP-based infrastructure using Compute Engine, Kubernetes (GKE), Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage.

✅ CI/CD & Automation: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins for seamless deployment.

✅ Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, IAM policies, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and cloud security standards.

✅ Monitoring & Observability: Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting using Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, and Prometheus/Grafana.

✅ Scripting & Automation: Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, Ansible, Python, or Bash.

✅ Troubleshooting & Optimization: Debug cloud infrastructure, optimize performance, and ensure high availability.

✅ Collaboration: Work closely with developers, security teams, and product managers to enhance cloud efficiency and security.

Requirements:

✔ Experience: 2+ years in Cloud & DevOps engineering (GCP preferred).

✔ Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

✔ Technical Skills: GCP (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Functions), Terraform, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, IAM, Security best practices.

✔ Good to Have: Multi-cloud experience (AWS/Azure), scripting in Python or Bash, and networking (VPC, VPN, Firewall management).
