Job Title: Cloud Engineer – Night Shift (Onsite)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone Support)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and automation. This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with global teams and support mission-critical cloud operations during night shift hours at our Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Perform cloud environment monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution during off-hours.
• Collaborate with global teams, including developers, SREs, and security teams, to ensure uptime and performance.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment and testing.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Monitor usage and optimize cloud resource cost and performance.
• Respond to critical alerts, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong command over Linux system administration and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Proven expertise in cloud architecture, storage, networking, and security best practices.
• Solid experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes), infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps workflows.
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK).
• Experience working with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and production support environments.
• Experience supporting distributed systems and high-availability environments.
• Exposure to serverless architectures and microservices is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – mandatory for interacting with international teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
