∙Monitor the Cloud resources effectively.
∙Following the Standard Procedures
∙Logs analysis during the outages and reporting to next level engineer
∙Ticketing life cycle
∙Responding to the tickets as per the SLA committed
∙Escalation Management - Escalating issues to L2, SecOps & follow-up
∙Tickets segregation and follow up to closure with required Comments and evidence
∙Documentation and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
∙Bachelor’s/Diploma computer science, or related field
∙1-2 years of previous experience on Monitoring
∙6 months – 1 year experience in Linux Operating system. ∙ITIL Process / Jira ticket management. ∙Basics reporting knowledge
Skills:
∙Good Communication skills
∙Handling ticket and escalations
∙Linux Support Basics – Centos
∙Infra Monitoring – Datadog, Pingdom and CloudWatch
∙AWS Basics – EC2, RDS and CloudWatch
