Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-centric Cloud Solutions Architect to play a dual role in both presales solutioning and delivery execution. This role is aligned with US business hours (2pm–10pm IST) and requires working closely with North American clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AWS cloud services, modern data platforms, and AI/ML workloads, with a strong ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions. Familiarity with Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
Presales & Solution Engineering:
- Engage directly with US-based enterprise customers to understand business goals, technical requirements, and pain points.
- Design and propose cloud-native solutions on AWS (compute, storage, networking, security, DevOps).
- Create high-impact solution blueprints, technical proposals, and reference architectures.
- Lead and support RFP/RFI responses, customer demos, and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
- Conduct Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to validate solutions and build client confidence.
- Transition solutions from presales to delivery, ensuring seamless handover and execution alignment.
- Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycle — architecture reviews, implementation guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Engage with client stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers during delivery phases.
- Drive best practices for cloud adoption, performance tuning, cost optimization, and security compliance.
- Support internal delivery teams by resolving complex architecture challenges and maintaining technical excellence.
AWS Cloud Architecture:
- IaaS: EC2, VPC, S3, EBS, ELB, Auto Scaling
- PaaS: RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora, Fargate, Step Functions
- Security & SaaS: IAM, AWS Organizations, WAF, GuardDuty, CloudTrail
- Exposure to Azure (e.g., Synapse, Azure ML, AKS) and GCP (e.g., BigQuery, Vertex AI, GKE)
- Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud strategies
- Tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with modern data architectures, data lakes, and pipelines (Athena, Glue, EMR, Redshift, Kinesis)
- AI/ML design using SageMaker, Comprehend, and integration with ML frameworks
- Understanding of MLOps practices, data governance, and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, MLflow)
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in cloud architecture and presales/delivery roles
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to present to CXOs, architects, and engineering teams
- Experience bridging presales engagements with hands-on technical delivery
- Domain experience in verticals such as finance, healthcare, or retail cloud transformation
- Familiarity with container orchestration (EKS, AKS, GKE) and MLOps platforms (Kubeflow, etc.)
- Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST to support US-based clients
- Location: Hyderabad
