CMOD Software Engineer

Oversee the services provided by the Application Delivery team.

Lead the development of the Proof-of-Concept solutions.

Provide technical expertise in the development of application software, ensuring appropriate security and risk factors are considered.

Lead Business Analysts and Developers to design and develop software components, including integration with 3rd party solutions.

Collaborate closely with the Service & Product Managers, Architects and Project Managers to align development efforts with strategic goals.

Oversee the third-level support to investigate and fix production problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work towards global IT solutions.

Manage the relation with our near

and offshore delivery teams.

Minummum 5 years of experience in similar roles

Proficiency in administering IBM Spectrum Protect and performing data migrations (including node migrations, server migrations, and cloud integrations).

Strong scripting abilities in Bash and Perl.

Experience with Ansible for automation and GitLab for version control.

Solid understanding of SQL and experience with DB2 databases.

Familiarity with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD).

Knowledge of event-based retention policies within Spectrum Protect
