We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- ET Daily Charges reporting outputs comprising LE, budget, run rate and interlock. Performing robust analysis to call out opportunities/risk, management of budgets and consistency.
- Responsible for publishing Customer level reporting, Consumption level reporting and HIBS Billing report. This role also supports GOA reporting as an interim arrangement.
- Stakeholder management through ET COO team; collaboration with peers across Tech GBGFs for sell-outs/ buy-ins; working with Senior Business Managers, who specialise in each Service Line (L4)
- Support on management of our recovery position and charges rates to ensure the Business is adequately covering Tech costs with a steady state of recovery
- Strong understanding of our primary applications: Cognos, HIBS, GPDM as well as excel
- Alignment with existing PPM team who own CtB Governance view for ET and manage our CAMs and impairment processes
- Directs - Cloud, software & hardware for UK, HK, India billing & accruals
- From 2025 addition of Germany directs as a part of Project Willow with a focus to ensure cost discipline [NB Mexico/ Poland other resources doing similar role on – control reports for specific countries
- Pro-active input into process improvement and automation
- Support of wider team as demands or cover is needed, including directs cost management and month end processes
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience with a Talent Intelligence Platform (Eightfold preferable).
- Background within a technical configuration role.
- Good understanding of technology, best practices and skills needed in modern software development to be able to spare with your colleagues to develop in role as engineers.
- Experience with working in an agile development environment.
- A curious team player that continuously learn, naturally shares knowledge and challenges status quo while embracing diversity and inclusion.
- Be able to clearly convey complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent documentation skills, organizational, and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in Jira & Confluence
- Knowledge of recruitment systems such as SAP Recruiting, Taleo, Avature, Hirevue.
- Technical background in IT Operations or Software Development
