Computer Hardware & Network Engineer

Overview

Printer & Hardware Repair:

• Diagnose and repair issues in laser, inkjet, and dot matrix printers (HP, Canon, Epson, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance and part replacements (drums, fusers, rollers)
• Install and configure new printers and multifunction devices (MFDs)
• Maintain hardware inventory and service records

Computer Hardware Support:

• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware issues
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems
• Perform data backup and hardware-level diagnostics

Networking Support:

• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and modems
• Setup and manage basic firewalls, access points, and VPN connections
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
• Provide support for internet and intranet services
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or relevant field
• Proven experience in printer repair (HP, Canon, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and router/switch configuration
• Familiarity with structured cabling and IP-based devices
• Good understanding of Windows OS, basic server management preferred
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skill

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,952.78 per month
