About The Role
As the Lead Full-Stack Software Developer, you will lead a team of developers focused on building and maintaining integration-driven applications. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, architectural planning, and end-to-end release management. Youll work closely with product managers, engineering leadership, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
As the Lead Full-Stack Software Developer, you will lead a team of developers focused on building and maintaining integration-driven applications. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, architectural planning, and end-to-end release management. Youll work closely with product managers, engineering leadership, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of full-stack developers focused on integration development.
- Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, Postman, and jQuery.
- Define and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and code quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Own the release lifecycle: manage versioning, coordinate deployments, and ensure rollback readiness.
- Guide team in debugging complex issues and delivering robust solutions.
- Maintain and evolve architecture documentation, integration blueprints, and release pipelines.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and tools to drive continuous team improvement.
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience, including team leadership.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, and jQuery.
- Deep experience in developing and maintaining integrations between enterprise systems or SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience using tools like Postman for API testing and debugging.
- Proven ability to manage software releases, version control, and deployment processes (CI/CD).
- Solid understanding of Git workflows, agile methodologies, and SDLC.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and technical design skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
