Job Overview
We are looking for a vigilant, process-driven professional to manage the flow of farmer leads across our supply chain network and drive operational data analytics. You will act as the central data bridge between our ground operations (Field Supervisors) and our conversion team (Tele-callers). Your primary objective is to ensure data integrity by validating leads generated across 15 collection centers in 9 districts of Gujarat, eliminating low-quality or fake entries, and optimizing the data pipeline to maximize farmer conversion rates. In addition to CRM management, you will leverage ERP and CRM data to visualize farmer reach, track varied company expenses, and build critical dashboards for management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Assurance and sorting (The Gatekeeper)
- Audit incoming leads (phone numbers and farmer details) submitted by Field Supervisors to ensure they are genuine and complete, fill missing data through pattern recognition or field staff coloboration
- Actively identify patterns of "fake," duplicate, or invalid leads submitted solely to meet field targets.
- Provide immediate, data-backed feedback to Field Supervisors and Area Managers regarding the quality of data from their respective collection centers.
- Data Analysis & Visualization
- Create comprehensive visual representations of our farmer reach by integrating cross-platform data from both the ERP system and CRM.
- Analyze and extract insights into varied company expenses, specifically building and maintaining center-wise, employee-wise, and delivery-wise expense reports.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain robust Management Information Systems (MIS) and operational dashboards for the leadership team utilizing SQL.
- Data Management & Pipeline Optimization
- Maintain a clean master database of farmers, segmented by district, crop type, harvest potential, and selling funnels.
- Perform daily data sanitization to correct formatting errors before smoothly routing high-quality leads to the calling team.
- Maintain a robust funnel of farmers and track the "Lead-to-Conversion" ratio to identify areas for pipeline improvement.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Python: Minimum required proficiency for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
- SQL: Strong capability to query databases, build MIS reports, and generate live dashboards.
- Advanced Excel: Ability to use VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting to spot data anomalies is mandatory.
- CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared) or strong capability in managing data via Google Sheets. Language Proficiency: * Fluency in Gujarati (to communicate with field staff and understand farmer nuances) and Hindi/English for reporting.
