Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for SAP HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of database programming and performance tuning within SAP systems.
• Ability to work with agile development frameworks and deliver iterative software enhancements.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP modules with external applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
