Position Summary
Level: Manager
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.

They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes managing the identity lifecycle, security operations, threat intelligence, application security, business transformation, and ensuring continuous compliance.

They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes managing the identity lifecycle, security operations, threat intelligence, application security, business transformation, and ensuring continuous compliance.
Qualifications:
Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in AI/ML technologies, including NLP, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python (preferred), C++, Java, as well as database technologies.
- Expert in machine learning and deep learning frameworks, including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, alongside GenAI frameworks such as OpenAI and LangChain.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions with closed and open-source large language models like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA.
- Practical expertise in building RAG and GraphRAG-based solutions, utilizing vector databases such as Milvus, Quadrant, FAISS, and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, A2A, AutoGen, and Pydantic, supporting advanced AI agent development (a strong plus).
- Skilled in creating and deploying scalable solutions using major cloud platforms and services, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for addressing complex business challenges through data-driven insights.
- Adept at interpreting complex datasets and effectively translating technical concepts into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Proficient in Agile development practices utilizing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Experienced in leading technical teams and overseeing the successful delivery of technical projects.
- Background in comprehensive project management, encompassing resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budgeting for project success.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA, enabling effective protection of sensitive information throughout data science projects.
- Experience in large-scale, hands-on deep learning model training, ensuring robust and scalable AI solutions.
- Familiarity with big data platforms and front-end technologies—an advantage for developing end-to-end, user-centric applications.
- Solid understanding of DevOps and MLOps best practices, facilitating seamless integration, deployment, and management of machine learning workflows.
- Hands-on experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to accelerate and validate project delivery.
- Proficient with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes, as well as RESTful API development for scalable integrations.
- Advanced proficiency in Linux environments (including shell scripting), alongside experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases and expertise in version control systems like Git, GitLab, and Perforce.
- Comprehensive understanding of machine learning best practices and proven ability to thrive in agile, collaborative team settings.
