Overview
we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. This is a permanent position where you will play a pivotal role in advising clients and internal stakeholders on cybersecurity strategies, governance, risk, and compliance. You will leverage your expertise in ISMS, auditing, and threat intelligence to provide comprehensive security solutions, and contribute significantly to pre-sales activities and bid responses

Key Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Consulting & Research.
• Information Security Management System (ISMS): Lead or significantly contribute to the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) in alignment with standards like ISO 27001.
• Audit & Compliance Management: Plan, execute, and manage internal and external cybersecurity audits. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR), and internal policies.
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
• Pre-sales Support & Bid Response (RFP)
• Security Assessments & Strategy
• Threat Intelligence & Advisory
• Security Awareness & Training
• Documentation
• **Required Skills and Qualifications
• Education: Master's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor).
• Prior experience in a cybersecurity consulting role or client-facing position.
• Experience with developing and delivering cybersecurity bid responses (RFPs).

Familiarity with various programming languages or scripting for understanding technical contexts

• Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in the cybersecurity field, with a strong focus on consulting, ISMS, audit, and GRC activities.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with various security domains, including network security, application security, cloud security, and data protection.
• Knowledge of common attack vectors, Defense strategies, and security architectures.
• Experience with GRC tools and platforms is a plus.
• Consulting & Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles for managing consulting engagements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
