What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will help Pfizer SAP ERP build and support its information security technology solutions. You will leverage your technical skills to design, develop, implement and support solutions which satisfy the short term or long term needs of Pfizer. You will work with cyber security applications, improve processes and interact with key stakeholders to protect Pfizer's SAP applications from internal and external threats.

As a manager, your knowledge of the principles and concepts in Cyber Security and your technical and / or functional knowledge of SAP applications along with comprehensive knowledge of other digital disciplines will enable you to lead remediation efforts to achieve our cyber security objectives. Your ability to analyze Security Bridge event data and coordinating the required remediation actions is critical to ensuring that SAP applications are protected from cyber-attacks.

In the position, you will conduct daily monitoring and analysis of the events identified by the Security Bridge application and working under the direction of the Solution Owner of the Security Bridge application and the Global Information Security team, you will make decisions on the severity of the threat and the level of response required.

Responsibilities also include tracking vulnerabilities to closure, generating cyber security metrics and management reporting dashboards, and providing routine status updates to management and key stakeholders. The candidate will also participate in meetings with cross functional teams to establish and track remediation timing of cyber vulnerabilities.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to implementing operating model improvements along with tightening cyber security processes and procedures including the development of processes and documentation for the business to follow regarding appropriate analysis and response to the cyber threats identified.

Participating in and contributing to team discussions concerning process improvement is also required.

The position will engage with Associate levels through Sr. Director levels, as well as across various Pfizer Digital functions.

How You Will Achieve It

• Review and Analyze Security Bridge alerts and reports and coordinate Cybersecurity remediations with cross functional teams.
• Develop and manage key cyber security metrics and dashboards. Provide routine updates to Management and Key Stakeholders.
• Ensure that the Security Bridge updates and scans are working properly.
• Collaborate with Global Information Security team on cybersecurity continuous improvement efforts including processes and procedures.
• Work with cross functional teams to triaging issues and implement remediations
  
  

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• BS/BA in Information Technology or related field
• 5+ years of Information Technology experience
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts
• Understanding of traditional SAP Systems (technical and/or functional)
• Understanding of database system, operating systems, and network configuration
• Familiarity with SAP HANA
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience with Security Bridge, Onapsis Cyber Security or SAP Enterprise Threat Detection Application
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Knowledge on HTTPS and certificate implementation
