Cyber Security GRC Analyst

Job Purpose:

TD SYNNEX is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented GRC Analyst to join our growing Cybersecurity team in the APJ region. As a GRC Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of our information security risk management program. You will assist with ensuring our security practices align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 27001 and the Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting regular risk assessments, specifically focused on identifying and documenting information security risks.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Manage and respond to customer security questionnaires and audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Conduct research and analysis to support third-party risk assessments, focusing on GRC aspects of vendor security posture. Maintain and update the organization's GRC documentation library, ensuring it remains current and accessible.
• Track and report on key GRC metrics, providing insights to management on the effectiveness of the program.
• Stay informed about emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices, particularly as they relate to GRC.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with IT field of study required.
• 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.
• Other Education / Certifications: selection of security and technology certifications and/or equivalent proven work experience
• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
• Able to converse and write effectively in English and local language.
• Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
• Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
• Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
• Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
• Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.
• Able to use relevant computer system applications at an advanced level.

Working Conditions:

• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
• On-call availability required as necessary.
• Some travel required
