Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create python scripts for data transformation using databricks
• Troubleshoot issues with data processing or data storage
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures to align with changes in processing
• Perform data manipulations with SQL and T-SQL
• Develop API scripts to extract data from security tools
• Analyze new data sources to identify areas where automation can be used
• Timely and meaningful response to client enquiries and ad-hoc requests
• Support necessary Client interaction/ calls
• Timely completion of team specific training (Alteryx, PowerBI, Data Analytics, Azure)
• Involve in team projects (e.g. Operational Reporting, Business Intelligence Dashboards, Azure Platform Development & Optimization)
  
  

Experience And Skills

• Must have python experience with Numpy, and Pandas
• Project delivery in an agile manner
• Experience with ETL and ELT workflows
• Foundational SQL knowledge
• Foundational knowledge on structured vs unstructured data
• Experience with SDLC, DevOps, Azure Devops / GIT version control is beneficial
• Interest in AI, NLP or data analytics is encouraged
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study with a preference for Engineering or Computer Science
• Azure Data Engineer Associate certification is beneficial
