Role Summary
We’re hiring a hands-on Cybersecurity Specialist & Ethical Hacker to lead penetration testing, threat modeling, and secure architecture across cloud, web, and mobile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct red-team engagements, simulate real-world cyberattacks, and report actionable findings.
• Implement robust security architecture and threat models.
• Lead incident response, forensics, and root-cause analysis.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices across CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with standards like GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOC 2.
• Mentor teams and contribute to internal training or community initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity (red & blue team).
• Strong with tools: Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Kali, Wireshark.
• Deep understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), secure coding, encryption.
• Excellent communication & reporting skills.

Preferred

• Experience in finance/retail security.
• Background in IoT, blockchain, or smart contract auditing.
• Hackathon wins, open-source or community contributions.

Certifications

• Must: CISSP, OSCP or GPEN
• Plus: GCIH, CCSP, CEH

Tools & Tech
Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike, Wireshark, ELK, Snyk, Checkov, AWS Security Hub, etc.

Pay: ₹11,883.57 - ₹65,746.20 per month
