Position : Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master

Experience : 5+ Years (Agile Scrum environment)

Location : Pune

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Roles & Responsibilities

Agile Project Execution :

• Lead projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) ensuring iterative delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Define sprint goals, manage backlog prioritization with Product Owner, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  
  

• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Monitor progress against timelines and proactively identify risks or delays.
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate deviations promptly.
  
  

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Drive discussions to resolve impediments, ensuring smooth workflow across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to remove blockers and align priorities.
  
  

• Create and manage Jira dashboards and reports to track project KPIs and progress.
• Provide transparent reporting to steering committees, sponsors, and leadership teams.
• Document lessons learned and improvement opportunities from retrospectives.
  
  

• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
  
  

• Act as the primary coordination point between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  

• Track and report project progress to stakeholders with clear metrics.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance standards.
• Drive successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
