Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Embedded Systems who will be responsible for leading embedded development activities across both driver-level and application-layer components. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong skills in requirement analysis, design, development, and debugging, while adhering to organizational standards and processes. The role requires hands-on expertise with embedded platforms, development tools, and hardware-level understanding.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Work extensively on embedded software development, covering both driver-level programming and application-layer implementation.
• Understand system-level interactions and ensure seamless integration between hardware and software modules.
• Perform end-to-end requirement analysis, conceptualize solution architecture, and contribute to detailed design documentation.
• Translate functional requirements into robust, scalable embedded solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with product specifications.
• Demonstrate strong programming skills in embedded C/C++, RTOS concepts, and microcontroller/microprocessor-based development.
• Participate in low-level hardware debugging and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, work closely with hardware teams, and implement software accordingly.
• Hands-on experience with Bug Tracking Tools (e.g., Jira) for issue management and workflow tracking.
• Proficiency in Requirements Management Tools (e.g., IBM DOORS) to maintain traceability and documentation.
• Strong command over Version Control Systems such as SVN or Git for repository management and code collaboration.
• Adopt and apply organizational processes, development methodologies, and coding standards to ensure high-quality software
