Below are basic skills for our junior analysts: Key Responsibilities Provide ongoing and ad hoc reporting, analysis and insights on time Focus on insights (aka 'so what') from analysis, define narrative and actions Build strong relationships with stakeholders as a trusted partner Follow team standards and procedures for consistency Support team collaboration and positive dynamics Be proactive with ideas to drive outcomes Document processes, support data governance and clear documentation Keep learning and stay current with industry best practice What You'll Need to Succeed Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or Analytics Minimum 2 years analytics experience Strong SQL skills Ability to work with large complex data sets and databases Experience with Cloud technologies (GCP, DBT) Data visualization experience (Tableau preferred) Strong communication skills and delivery focus Analytically inquisitive and able to find root causes
