Job Title: Data Analyst – Enterprise Risk Data

Location: Chennai, India

About the Role

Join our Enterprise Risk Data Solutions team as a Data Analyst where you will play a critical role in enabling scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that enhance risk data governance and analytics. This is a highly collaborative role requiring cross-functional engagement with global teams across Risk Strategy, Engineering, and AI Platform groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust solutions using BigQuery (BQ) and SQL.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enforce data governance and implement risk control measures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across time zones, especially during US business hours, to gather requirements.
• Understand source system architectures to trace data lineage and provide meaningful insights.
• Contribute to key risk analytics initiatives and provide weekly updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a similar data-focused role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in GCP (Google Cloud Platform), especially BigQuery and Notebooks.
• Solid foundation in data warehousing, data modeling, and data movement techniques.
• Familiarity with the big data stack and best practices for handling large volumes of data.

• Experience in Risk domain with understanding of risk and control frameworks.
